The Women’s Center utilizes volunteers in many different capacities. To volunteer at our resale shop, no training is required. If you are interested, please contact the Angleton office. For other volunteer opportunities, such as working the HOTLINE or assisting in our offices, training is required. Our general volunteer training is offered four times a year at different locations in the county. If you would like to be notified of the next volunteer training date, email or call (979) 849-9553.
Volunteers interested in doing hospital accompaniments as part of our sexual assault program are required to have additional training. We are currently in need of volunteers from the Lake Jackson/Clute areas for the on-call PAV program.
